Google Product Search (Froogle) - a free Google service to publish online product catalogs to Google search.

The Froogle Export page is designed for you to create Froogle data feed.
Google Product Search (Froogle)- A free Google service to publish online product catalogs to Google search. Google Product Search is different from most other price comparison services in that it neither charges any fees for listings, nor accepts payment for products to show up first. Also, it makes no commission on sales. Any company can submit individual product information via Google Base or can bulk submit items for inclusion.

How do I get my products listed on Google Product Search (Froogle)?

The first step is to enroll with Google (http://www.google.com/base/help/sellongoogle.html) for a "Merchant Account". Once approved, Google will send you a username and password to login to your account.
To ensure that your product catalog is included, a data feed is required. It is a tab-delimited text file containing the URLs of your catalog files and images. This file must be uploaded to the Froogle server and updated at least monthly. The catalog files themselves are separate and reside on your server.
To start the product catalog export enter the required data and press Start. A product catalog file in the Froogle format will be generated. You should save it on your computer and then upload to your Merchant Account on Google.
